# Spaces, folders and tags

Spaces for the big topics, folders and nested folders within them, tags across everything, etc.

## Spaces

Spaces are the big buckets, like Work, Side hustle or Wedding. Make as many as you like with the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Each space has its own folders and tags, and you can make one public without touching the others.

## Folders

Folders live inside a space, and they nest as deep as you want: Paid social, then Meta, then Carousels. Drag them to reorder or move them around.

A save can sit in as many folders as it fits. That ad really belongs to Paid social, eCommerce AND Taglines? Put it in all three. Edit the note once and it’s edited everywhere.

## Tags

Tags cut across folders. Tag a landing page and an ad `#dark-mode`, and you don’t need a third folder just for that. Filter by one tag, or stack five at a time.

## Custom properties

Want your own fields, like a client, a status or a launch date? Add them per space in **Space settings > Properties**, then filter by them.

## Saved views

Search, filter, then save it as a custom view. It shows up in the sidebar and updates itself.
