Make as many as you want from the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Every space has its own folders and tags, so the seating plan never ends up next to your competitor's pricing page. You can make one space public and keep the rest private. - Give each one an emoji, an icon or your own image - Switch from the sidebar, or type its name into ⌘K - Deleted one by mistake? Folders live inside a space and go as deep as you need. Drag them up and down to reorder them, or drop one onto another to put it inside. If a folder is public and you rename or move it, the old link redirects to the new one. - Every folder shows how many saves are in it - Rename it, change its colour or give it an icon from the right-click menu *A folder tree: Paid social open with Meta nested inside and Carousels inside that, and the LinkedIn folder being dragged into a new spot* Tags03 / 10 ## #dark-mode doesn’t need its own folder. Tag a landing page and a Meta ad #dark-mode and you don't need a third folder just for dark mode. Filter by one tag, or pick five and only see the saves that have all five. Make tags in the sidebar, or type a new one into a save and press Enter. - Start typing and your existing tags show up to pick from - Tags get colours and icons too - Make a tag public and people see everything with it: `/@you/work/tags/dark-mode` *Three folders side by side with the saves tagged dark mode highlighted in all of them, and the tag filter stacked with ugc* One save in many folders04 / 10 ## Put the same ad in three folders. That ad belongs in Paid social, eCommerce AND Taglines? Put it in all three. It's still one save, so changing the note changes it in every folder, and binning it takes it out of all of them. - Add folders from the save itself, or drag it onto a folder in the sidebar - It only shows up once in search *One ad with a note, linked to three folders at once: Paid social, eCommerce and Taglines* Unsorted05 / 10 ## Too busy to sort it? Leave it in Unsorted. Emails from your phone, quick pastes, the 400 links you imported from Raindrop: they all wait in Unsorted until you have a minute. The counter next to it in the sidebar tells you how bad it's got. - Email a save to `you+paid-social@` and it skips Unsorted - Triage mode starts from here *Unsorted with 37 saves waiting in a loose pile, and a Triage button* Triage mode06 / 10 ## Sort 400 saves before your coffee’s cold. When Unsorted gets silly (it will), hit Triage and you get one save on screen at a time. Click one save, shift-click another, and everything in between gets selected. Then move them, tag them, favourite them or bin them all at once. Picked the wrong 30? Search, filter by type, colour or date, then hit Save this view. Or Budget. Or Launch date. Open a space and hit Properties to add the fields your work needs. They can be text, numbers, dates, links, a yes or no, or a pick list. It's in the bin for 30 days, with everything that was in it. So is every save and space you delete. Restore it with one click. And for the stuff you keep going back to, star it and it's in Favourites. - The bin tells you how many days each thing has left - Empty it yourself whenever *Three starred favourites, and the bin with a save, a folder and a space in it, each with the days left and a restore button* ## FAQs ### Folders or tags, which should I use? Both, honestly. Folders are where a save lives (Paid social, Landing pages), tags are what it is across all of them (#dark-mode, #ugc). If you'd ever want to see the same thing from two folders at once, it's a tag. There's a whole post on it. ### How deep can folders go? As deep as you like. Most people stop at three levels, and your public addresses stay readable either way. ### Can one save be in two spaces? No. A save can sit in as many folders as you like, but only inside one space. Spaces are meant to be separate worlds. ### What happens to a save when I delete its folder? If it's in another folder too, it stays there. If that was its only folder, it goes to the bin with the folder, and comes back if you restore it. ### Is there a limit on spaces, folders or tags? No, on any plan.
