What I'm working on
No dates, because dates on a roadmap are made up anyway. Got an idea? Email me at [email protected] and tell me what it would help you do.

People asked for these. I haven't said yes yet.
-
A browser extension
Save the page you're on in one click, even the ones behind a login. Until then, paste the link or email it in.
-
Telegram and WhatsApp
Send a link to a bot and it's saved. Email already does this, so a bot mostly saves you typing an address.
-
Native phone and desktop apps
The web app installs to your home screen and your phone saves by email, so I'm not convinced an app store app is worth it yet.
-
Price checks
Tell you when a product you saved gets cheaper. Page history already looks at your pages every month, so it might not be much work.
In progress 1
What I'm on right now.
-
Letting people in
The waitlist gets in a batch at a time. Add your email if you want in.

In Savepad at launch 🥂
-
17 save types
Pages, images, emails, sequences, collections, video, PDFs, code, notes, files, fonts, colours, places, routes, audio, recipes, and products.
-
Sequences and collections
Saves in a specific order, like an onboarding flow, or saves that belong together, like a homepage hero.
-
Search inside everything
Pages, PDFs, emails, code, and the text in images, with filters and a ⌘K palette.
-
Save from anywhere
Paste from your clipboard, drag and drop, email it in from your phone, forward an email, import, or via the Savepad MCP.
-
Spaces, folders, and tags
As many spaces as you like, folders inside folders, and tags across everything.
-
Custom properties
Your own fields on a save, like channel, funnel stage, or client, with filters on top.
-
Your public Savepad
Pick a space, a folder, or a tag and it goes public at my.savepad.app/@yourname. Everything else stays private.
-
Private links
Share a save or a folder with one person, with a password or an expiry if you want.
-
Page history and link checks
On Ultra Pro Max Plus, Savepad looks at watched pages every month and checks your links every week.
-
Triage mode
For when Unsorted hits 300 saves. Go through them one at a time with the keyboard.
-
MCP server
Run it yourself and point Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor at your library.
-
Import and export
In from Raindrop, Pocket, Pinboard, Instapaper, browsers, and CSV. Out as a ZIP, HTML, CSV, JSON, or Markdown.
Not doing 5
I said no to these. The reason's on each one.
-
Teams, comments, and seats
Savepad's for your own stuff. If you want to show someone, send them a link or make the folder public.
-
AI anything
No summaries, no auto-tags, no "chat with your library". The MCP server is there if you want to bring your own AI.
-
Shared spaces for friends and family
Planning Mexico City with your partner? Send them a link to the folder. Two people editing one space is a different product.
-
Other languages
The app's in English only. Doing other languages properly means every screen and every email, kept up to date by one person (me).
-
iMessage capture
Apple only lets businesses in through an approved provider, with a real person answering. I'm not doing that for a save button.
