Emails

Forward it in, it opens like an email

Every account gets its own email address. Forward that cart abandonment email from your phone and it opens the way it arrived, with the subject, preheader and sender. Savepad even works out which tool sent it. Trackers are removed on the way in, so opening it later never pings the sender.

Sequences

Several saves in a specific order, kept as one

Nobody steals just ONE onboarding email. You want the whole flow: what goes out on day 0, when the push lands, how long they wait before "your trial ends Friday". A sequence keeps saves in order as one save, with the gaps and the channel for each step. Onboarding emails, a launch across ads and emails, a checkout flow, etc. Each sequence gets its own email address too, so a competitor's onboarding can forward itself in, one email at a time.

A homepage hero isn't one thing. It's the screenshot, two code snippets for that scroll animation, the brand purple, the font and a note about why it works. A collection keeps all of it together as one save. Each piece is still a normal save too, so the snippet still shows up when you search for it on its own. Sequences are for things in order, collections are for things that go together.

Links that don't load YouTube until you press play

Save a YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or TikTok link and you get the frame, the title and the channel. The player stays asleep until you click it, so nothing tracks you while you scroll. On Lite and Pro you can upload your own videos too, with a scrub strip and frame-by-frame stepping for those six-second ads.

Podcast ads, jingles, voice notes

A podcast ad read worth copying, a radio spot, the voice note you sent yourself about it on the train. Upload it or email the file in, and you get a waveform you can scrub through. No transcripts, because that would need AI, and Savepad doesn't use any.

A pin on the map rather than just the link

Send a maps link from your phone and it saves as a place, with the name, the city and the coordinates. A photo with a location can become one too, if you want (otherwise that data gets stripped). Any folder with places in it gets a map view.

Planning Biryani night? Save the recipe page and you get the ingredients and the steps, without the life story. Cooking for eight instead of four?
