YouTube thumbnail grabber
Every size of a video’s thumbnail, for your swipe file or your next moodboard.
Builds the image links. No signup, no AI.
How it works
Paste a YouTube link and get every size of the video’s thumbnail, from the full HD version down to the small one, ready to open or save.
It works with normal links, youtu.be links, Shorts, and embeds. The thumbnails come straight from YouTube’s own image server.
FAQs
How do I download a YouTube thumbnail?
Paste the video link here, open the size you want, and save the image.
Why is the biggest size missing?
The 1280 × 720 version only exists if the video was uploaded in HD. If it’s missing, YouTube shows a grey placeholder.
Can I use someone else’s thumbnail?
For your own swipe file or a moodboard, sure. Publishing it is a different story, since the image belongs to the creator.
