Free marketing tools that don't want your email first

Free marketing tools with no email wall: UTM builder, ad specs, subject line preview, CAC and ROAS calculators, safe zones and more.

TLDR

  • Most “free tools” are lead magnets. You type a URL, then it asks for your work email before it shows you anything.
  • These don’t. They open, you use them, and most run entirely in your browser, so nothing you type goes anywhere.
  • We made them. They’re on savepad.app because they’re the little jobs you do between saving things.

Why no email wall

“Free tool, then enter your email to see your results” is the oldest trick in B2B. It works, in the sense that it gets emails. It also means everyone’s inbox is full of nurture sequences from a UTM builder.

So these are just tools. There’s a link to Savepad at the bottom of each page, and that’s it. If you like them, great. If you don’t sign up, also fine. Nobody’s getting a nurture sequence.

Ads

  • Ad specs for every platform. Sizes, ratios, file limits and copy lengths for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and X, checked by hand.
  • Safe zone checker. Drop your Reel, TikTok, Story or Short in and see where the platform’s buttons and captions will cover it.
  • Every ad library in one place. Search a brand across the Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and X ad libraries at once.
  • Ad brief template. Fill in the brief, drop your reference ads in, download a clean PDF for the designer.
  • Ad copy character counter. Live counts against every field’s limit, and where each platform cuts you off.

The full list, including the ones still being built, is on the free tools page.

And the thing they’re next to

Each of these is a small job you do between saving references: checking an ad fits before you brief it, working out a CAC before you pitch a channel, cleaning a link before it goes in the deck. The references themselves go in your swipe file. The marketing resources post is the bigger list of everything else we’d bookmark.
