How to find your saved posts on LinkedIn
Where LinkedIn hides your saved posts on desktop and in the app, why they vanish, and how to keep the good ones somewhere you can search and sort.
TLDR
- Desktop: click Saved items in the left column of your feed, or go straight to
linkedin.com/my-items/saved-posts. - App: tap your profile photo, then Saved posts.
- LinkedIn’s saved list has no folders and no search, and posts vanish when the author deletes them. Keep the good ones somewhere else.
Find them on desktop
- Go to your LinkedIn home feed.
- In the left column, under your profile card, click Saved items.
- You’ll see My items with tabs for saved posts and articles, saved jobs, and more.
Or bookmark this and skip the hunting: https://www.linkedin.com/my-items/saved-posts/.
Find them in the app
- Tap your profile photo in the top-left corner.
- Tap Saved posts.
That’s it. If you don’t see it, update the app. LinkedIn moves this around every so often (of course it does).
The problems with LinkedIn’s saved list
You found it. Now you’ve got 300 posts in one long scroll, newest first, with:
- No folders. The carousel about pricing pages sits between a hiring post and someone’s “I asked ChatGPT” essay.
- No search. You can’t search inside your saved posts.
- No guarantee. If the author deletes the post or leaves LinkedIn, it’s gone from your list.
For a marketer, that last one hurts. The best B2B carousels and launch posts are exactly what you want to keep, and they’re also what people delete when they rebrand.
Keep the good ones properly
Copy the post’s link (the three dots on the post, then Copy link to post) and paste it into your swipe file. Or screenshot it, especially carousels, where the slides are the point.
In Savepad, paste the link or drop the screenshots in. Screenshots get their text read, so you can search “pricing page” and find the carousel slide that said it. Tag it #linkedin, put it in a folder like Social / B2B, and it’ll still be there after the author changes their mind. On your phone, email links to your Savepad address. The save from your phone docs have the setup.
The same problem everywhere
Every platform has a saved tab and every one of them is a junk drawer. Same story on Instagram, Reddit, and X. If LinkedIn ads are what you’re saving, the LinkedIn Ad Library is worth knowing too, and LinkedIn ad examples has a few worth stealing from.
FAQ
Where are my saved posts on LinkedIn?
On desktop, click Saved items in the left column of your feed, or go to linkedin.com/my-items/saved-posts. In the app, tap your profile photo, then Saved posts.
Can I organise LinkedIn saved posts into folders?
No. LinkedIn has one list of saved posts with no folders, tags, or search. To sort them, you need to keep them somewhere else.
Why did a saved LinkedIn post disappear?
If the author deletes the post or their account, it disappears from your saved items too. Keeping a copy is the only way to make sure it sticks around.
